Speaking of ” Decentralization “, whats the extent of OORT’s decentralization? How are rules made and how do you come to consensus as regarding future plans, upgrade, development and governance of the platform? Speaking of privacy, what’s the extent of privacy on OORT and how would OORT ensure that sensitive information of platform users that had been saved wouldn’t be leaked or exposed to any sort of exploits. Lastly, talking about cost savings, in what aspects does OORT save cost, how do I leverage the platform’s full advantage?
