How does Royale unleash the potential of iGaming with iGDeFi? How do you maximize the benefits of iGaming through your platform? What are the differences between the protocols of the centralized platforms with respect to iGaming and the revolutionary protocols used by Royale?

The iGaming platforms pay stability fees back into the Royale ecosystem with ROYA, The iGaming industry currently has a number of challenges, the most important being lack of access to liquidity for emerging companies which will enable them to compete effectively with incumbents and incumbents are not servicing the requirement of a new generation of players. Through our network and experience we have access to iGaming companies that will benefit from liquidity and, in return, can drive value into our network. We are not trying to build a gaming protocol, but support emerging companies. We have answered all 3 in one, as the question was split into 3 parts.

While we are not building iGaming architectures, we are investing in companies that support our strategic gaming objectives.

The problem these days is that there’s an oligopoly structure in place in the iGaming industry

Those entrepreneurs bring more players with their platforms, the millennials and Gen Zs prefer provably fair games that we’re accelerating adoption of, not the traditional slots and games, as they know that the provably fair algorithms are a verified source of truth.

Innovative financing as only made possible by DeFi liquidity pools is what’s capable of truly revolutionizing the industry, enabling smaller enterprises to join and sustain their iGaming vision

You say that the emergence of new DEFI tools will help overcome technological limitations and barriers to entry for users and entrepreneurs in the iGaming field. It is very interesting to know what is stopping them? What problems are you solving?

We should start here. That is the root of the problem these days.

Liquidity, to enter the market, that is filled with incumbents. Which stifles innovation, as the barriers to entry are high.

V1 is on track to be released Q1 2021 after all security audits are complete. We are about to head into staging, backend and front end almost complete.

Gio:

1. Trying to raise from VCs. The Vc says you need to have revenue and be cash flow positive and come back to us then, so that becomes a closed door.

2. An existing iGaming company for funding. The incumbent wants a large chunk of equity and eventually wants to take over the small one. Which leaves them with no realistic fair options to grow. That’s where Royale comes in. Drives innovation with a fair and unique proposition.

Realistically there are no options.

That’s why Royale was born, to solve real-world problems.

There is also the point that additional liquidity allows company to compete with incumbents as they can offer payouts and prizes which, otherwise, they could just not risk providing. So, in effect, we take an operational and viable company and put them on steroids to punch above their weight. Its great business sense, but traditional lenders will not touch it.

So when do you plan the audit?

Gio:

The proposition is simple, liquidity to companies starved from it, and optimizing yield for the token holders simultaneously.

D| Satoshi Club:

Ok, thank you! and what about your token? we don’t have a question about it in the first part, so I can ask 😄when we can get it? what is the purpose of the token in your project?

Matt A:

The circular token economy is a value capturing ecosystem within itself, which is one of a kind at this moment in time in the iGDEFI space, within this we have various components that consistently drive value into the Royale ecosystem. Such as the staking lots, buyback and make (our reasoning for making instead of burn is that burning gets in the way of growing fundamental value, removing the tokens from circulation with the buyback achieves the purpose of less circulating supply, but burning the tokens limits the Royale networks ability to reinvest in itself). Functions that create a long term sustainable model as they both incentivize loyalty, and at the same time have a part to play in the treasury sink. Loyalty and rewards have a purpose of safekeeping (treasury) and locking in value ( rewards incentivizing actors in the ecosystem to remain loyal) respectively within the economic model. The optimizer for bankrolling new iGaming entrants and start-ups is also another value add to the ROYA tokens circular economy.  By adding a percentage of revenue from the gaming companies that we empower which comes back into the ecosystem via the form of ROYA tokens only, we now have the blended APY from the Defi world and the iGaming world.  When we say we are the first in the World to do this we mean it, new industry, hybrid APY bold statements but true, and we stand by our word. You now have a scenario that is just building block on top of building block, even in a bear market, the community derives value from the i-Gaming companies that it empowers. Via the stable APY from the optimizer, it is ultimately a long term self-sustainable model.

Alongside the governance, we have a tiered staking lot model so that everyone can benefit in-app from staking ROYA within our ecosystem

The token has many utilities in addition to this. It will be used by our iGaming partners for loyalty programs. The more ROYA tokens their players hold the better loyalty rewards they will receive (unique prizes, better odds, bonus play, etc). This will drive the desire for ROYA outside of the ROYA ecosystem. We can then layer with NFTs to make this really exciting.

First, we will have one internal audit by our dev team. Our first external audit within this month. We may even have a second external audit again before we officially launch.

For example, our platform has 3 different staking lots you can stake your tokens to earn – Royale Flush, Royale King, Royale Queen.

We could drop NFTs from our iGaming platforms to our staking lot holders that give token holders a discount on gaming fees. Or a multiplier on earnings, etc.

Staking lot holders could keep that NFT for themselves or sell it on rarible or open-sea or equivalent. It’s just another way to monetize the staking lot.

Your target market is new entrants and existing companies in the iGaming sector globally. New entrants have limited access to liquidity and do not have sufficient reserves and also existing companies that need short term liquidity requirements to build new products or enter new markets. How does royale review all this proposal by this company before releasing the funding? What will happen if these companies or project fails? How’s the interest of your investors be protected? What type of realistic returns can we expect by providing liquidity to these iGaming company?

We’ve been building the vision for a long time, we are not complacent about the work and commitment that’s needed to achieve the long term strategy.

With a rigorous on-boarding process, iGaming companies need to be licensed and have certified provably fair RnGs, the liquidity is structured as a drawdown facility so they do not receive the entire amount agreed, they only have access to daily operational bankroll. we have also implemented a multisig that Royale has 2 of the 3 keys of, we keep them honest in this way, as they will stop themselves from growing bigger if they fail stage 1

They also provide us with a consistent flow of metrics as part of the agreement.

Avron Goss:

Providing liquidity always has inherent risk, without this there would not be substantial returns. Ultimately we manage this through a stringent and many-faceted risk management process. We have deep experience in iGaming which allows us access to promising opportunities. Once these have been identified, we can onboard them having done full due diligence. Of course, they will be tied down by real world commercial agreements, and we will also require collateral. Another way we will manage risk is by building a broad portfolio of investments. We will also keep a very close eye on each opportunity to make sure that we pick up early warning signs of failure and withdraw the loan (under the terms of the agreement) if this seems likely.

Regarding the stability fees the iGaming companies pay back into the ecosystem in the form of ROYA, we have created a tiered model which is very fair for Royale and the iGaming companies.

Matt A:

How’s the interest of your investors be protected? We only loan a fraction of the liquidity to the iGaming operators. We use a diversified portfolio chosen by industry experts and robust real-world legal agreements to protect the loans.

We are also in talks with liquidity pool insurance providers and will be making an announcement shortly about who we have decided to partner with.
