Hello, Satoshi clubbers! Another AMA took place in Satoshi Club and we would like to introduce to you the AMA session with our friends from MusesNFT and our guests were @oleg_lebed and @peter7708. The AMA took place on 7 November.

The AMA session was divided into 3 parts with a total crypto reward pool of 500$

In this AMA Recap, we will try to summarise the most interesting points for you.

Our core team is composed of former engineers and product managers who have developed and maintained software programs for top companies which include At&T, Virgin Mobile, Gazprom, Beeline, and many others. We bring years of experience in software engineering, entrepreneurship, and business development especially in crypto space. I, myself, Oleg Lebedev have worked closely with several advanced technological companies and been learning about NFTs for long time now.

Jamie Paskin- is our expert who has years of experience in crypto space and working well known tech companies. He is one of our project managers and making a tremendous contribution to its development with his expertise.

Andrey Schmitt-Andrey has a BSc and MSc in Computer Engineering, and more than 12 years of professional experience in IT Consulting & Innovation and self-starting new business ventures. Andrey is a Partner in charge of IT Consulting and Innovation at Luxoft and designated leader at MusesNFT. He is working closely with our three developers and using his well advanced IT skills to make lots of improvements for MusesNFT ecosystem.

Maxwell Cooper-A founder & IT Design Specialist at MusesNFT, Maxwell previously worked at a number of large technology companies. He has obtained his BSc from UMASS and MSc from Boston University. He has in-depth knowledge and experience in blockchain technology and NFTs.

Maxwell is also certified full stack web developer. He is very passionate about technology and how technology can solve today’s problems.

We are large team total members consist of 11 full time and 4 part time employees at the MusesNFT Project.

We will start with the beta version just for testing first and then full launch right after making sure everything is in place.

Mary | Satoshi Club: Fantastic! Can you tell our community about the main goals of MusesNFT?

Oleg ( I will never DM you first ): [MusesNFT is building an ecosystem with multiple products that aims to integrate a broad community represented by artists, gallery owners, investors and enthusiasts, around the new technological possibilities of art and the new Digital Economy. The main objective of the project is to build truly community owned project which will bring continues passive income for our investors. The products include 3D marketplace which will offer virtual reality experience for art and NFT lovers. Investors, artists, museums and art enthusiasts can create art gallery shows, auctions and just trade NFTs. Some of the unique features for marketplace is offering augmented NFTs thanks to 3D surface scanner app which will also be offered by our project. Artists will be able to just scan their art work and create very detailed NFTs, buyers and investors will be able to redeem their NFTs for real art piece or exclusive products. A unique digital signature can be obtained from the MusesNFT for expensive paintings and provide ownership which can be claimed by only the holder of the painting.

What is MusesNFT? For whom was it created, is it just another NFT market, similar to many NFT markets that already exist? What’s different about it, can you tell us a little about how it works and how is it different? As the general public can acquire NFT art on your platform, is it necessary to have the MSS token to be able to buy or view content in your NFT market or can you do it with other cryptocurrencies or stablecoins?

Mary | Satoshi Club: It’s partially covered in intro, but i am sure Oleg will add more info😀

Oleg ( I will never DM you first ): MusesNFT is a community owned project governed by solely its community members which offers multiple products in crypto space. It exclusive redeemable NFTs, augmented reality features are very unique. No other project has so far included some of these key features in their ecosystem. Another unique features hasn’t been mentioned yet is a digital signature feature. This digital signature can be obtained from the MusesNFT for expensive paintings and provide ownership which can be claimed by only the holder of the painting in NFT form. Another feature offered before purchase buyers print a special QR code and place it on their walls to see how the art piece will look in their space.

Its not required to hold $MSS token in order to purchase NFTs but doing so can give buyers better price compared to purchasing with other crypto currencies or stablecoins.

Same as for physical pieces of art, you also introduct an insurance model that involves a small premium paid in Muses (MSS) tokens with each transaction, such as purchase or loan. As NFT artworks are not physical please explain what exactly does the insurance cover? What is the insurance payment limit? Does it depend on the price of NFT or it’s fixed for all types of NFTs? How does the process for claiming the insurance passes for users? Thank you!

Oleg ( I will never DM you first ): Not all but majority of the NFTs in our platform will be real art piece with certain value. NFT holders can redeem their NFTs to receive the original art piece. Original art piece will be sent to the NFT owner once redeemed and due to logistics and other unforeseen circumstances the original art piece will be insured in case of a damage or loss. The amount of the premium is determined according to each art pieces value. We will have curators who will provide and determine the accurate value for the art piece. Collectors will be able to follow the work of their favorite curators and follow up on their recommendations. In MusesNFT Marketplace curators will be involved in creation of virtual exhibitions while benefiting from art sales too. The limit for the insurance payment will be the full cost of an art piece value. In case of a damage or loss while the art piece is being delivered, buyers can submit a claim through our platform and after determining the validity of the claim, the payout will be made to the owner.

Mary | Satoshi Club: So, insurance will be activated only for redeemed NFTs?

Oleg ( I will never DM you first ): yes, only for redeemable NFTs for art piece or custom made products.

Mary | Satoshi Club: Btw, do you work only with redeemable NFTs or with both types?

Oleg ( I will never DM you first ): We will work with both types. In order for NFT to become redeemable it has to be approved and evaluated by our curators.

Only, qualified art piece can be approved to become redeemable.

But we will support all types of NFTs.

Mary | Satoshi Club: Who are your curators?

Oleg ( I will never DM you first ): We have our own curators with several years of work experience to evaluate art pieces, but its on going process, curators can apply and join the ecosystem if approved and earn income regularly.

MusesNFT will offer transparent cross chain launchpad which will include BSC and Ethereum in phase 1, KuCoin and Matic in phase 2 and the launchpad will provide a two-round system for holding IDOs… How will this two-round system for holding IDOs work? What are the requirements for projects to access your launchpad and What is your vesting process? What kind of support does your launchpad avail such projects? Thank you.

Oleg ( I will never DM you first ): [We have made a small change for our launchpad supported networks. Instead of KuCoin, our developers are working for on Solana and Matic networks. Two rounds will be offered for $MSS holders, depending on the amount of held $MSS, investors will be divided into tiers. We will share tier details later through an official medium post. During the first round, tier 1 holders will be able to participate in the IDO and the second round will include tier 2 holders. Guaranteed allocation will be provided for all $MSS holders. MusesNFT will provide investors exclusive access to safe, most recent innovative projects thanks to our rigorous selection process. Auto liquidity lock features will be enabled and anti dump measures (calculations) will be made to provide extra security.

For projects, we will provide mass marketing services and exposure for future investors. MusesNFT also will not charge fee on project tokens that’s because we believe its not healthy when IDO platforms take percentage of the project token and dump on investors. Our fee for projects to organize IDO will be set price in stable coins.

Mary | Satoshi Club: Which projects will launch on your platform? Which kind of projects do you prefer? How are you going to prevent scam or soft-scam projects?

We will require KYC from projects and do our own rigorous analysis, we have a research team which will look into every single project before giving a green light and final decision will be made by $MSS holders thru governance.

I read on your telegram page that MusesNFT provides the opportunity for $MSS holders to make and enjoy massive passive profits, where each user receives a share of 8% of the profit from each transaction, when users trade NFTs, create auctions or gallery shows. To what limit can a user hold $MSS and still enjoy the rewards and what is the lowest/highest amount of $MSS that is required by a user to hold in order to earn this reward? Holders can also stake their $MSS and benefit from additional features offered by MusesNFT project. What are the processes involved in staking $MSS? Is there a farming process also?

Oleg ( I will never DM you first ): In order to enjoy passive income of 8% transaction fees from each sales withing the MusesNFT ecosystem, investors just need to hold in their wallets. Profits will be distributed automatically in each holders wallet and there is no minimum or maximum amount to hold in order to benefit. The amount of received tokens will depend on the amount of held $MSS in the wallet. Staking will be available shortly after the launch, when investors stake their $MSS they can earn additional $MSS tokens the percentage rate will be shared right before the staking becomes available. There is no farming process as no more additional $MSS tokens will be minted, the total amount of the $MSS for the whole life of the project will be 2,5 mil eventually. Additional benefits include getting discounts when creating sales or purchases, including gallery shows and auctions.

After visiting MusesNFT Virtual Showcase I had a question. Virtual Showcase will only be used to showcase NFTs on the Marketplace? Will visitors of this Showcase be able to transfer to the Marketplace by selecting the desired lot for purchase? How exactly will the information in the Virtual Showcase match the Marketplace and how often will it be updated?

Oleg ( I will never DM you first ): Virtual Showcase will display and showcase NFTs on the marketplace and buy and sell options will be available once it goes live after the smart contract audit is finalized. Investor will be able to place buy and sells right from the virtual showcase and the smart contract will be embedded in the showcase platform.

In the crypto market today and concerning your platform, users has been talking about your NFT project that it is mainly depend on it rarity in the crypto world and recently your community artwork has gained much attention in the market. I want to know that does this actually result to increase in the price of nft when someone want to bid? Can you explain how your NFT bidding works in your platform for more clarifications? How will you guarantee privacy for users which is an essential factor in the art market especially in the area of platform with high valued artworks?

Oleg ( I will never DM you first ): Rarity plays a key role for regular NFTs with similar features to determine the price. But for redeemable NFTs exclusive art pieces, curators and bid amounts play a great role in determining the price. Once auction is created for an NFT, users will be able to place bids and highest bid will be able to purchase the auctioned NFT. The auction lengths and min bid amount will be determined by the seller. There is no KYC required in order to participate in auctions or utilize the marketplace services thus users will remain anonymous. Only when the NFT is redeemed for the original art piece, personal details for order processing will be required.
