At Mind Music. we want to help people suffering with depression and other forms of Mental Illness. Using the power of music to relate to sufferers, we want to show them that they are not alone and inspire hope through understanding. We want to provide a musical outlet, enabling people to begin their journey to a more stable mind.
Mind Music will eventually become its own independent record label collaborating with artists around the world. The recorded music industry is worth over $20 Billion every year. We hope to capture just a small proportion of this market and make a difference to millions of people suffering.
In the shorter term, we will be releasing our first vinyl record, setting up a staking platform & selling our own range of merchandise! The staking platform, Merchandise and our first vinyl release will be completed by the end of 2021. 80% of the profits from Merchandise and record sales will be donated to Mental Health Awareness and Suicide prevention charities, while the remaining 20% of profits will be used to Buy and Burn Mind Music Coin and increase its value for holders.

There is Debi, who along with her trusted team of admins helps keep the community running, and makes sure we get the information out that we want to get out, to keep everyone updated.
And last there is also Mon, who is our primary graphics and stickers guy. He joined the team later on when he saw what it was all about and wanted to be a part of it all.

Yes! So I am the one working on the actual staking code. We are still deciding on some exact numbers like the amount of time you can stake for, and what the exact APY will be.
This should be completed within the next 6 weeks, and then be available to our community.
What we are sure about is that we want to give real world rewards to those that stake. We are currently setting up all the merchandise and such, which should be available in a week or two. What we plan to do is give reward bags of actual merchandise to stakers, this could range from the CD/vinyl, to shirts, beanies, etc etc, giving a bigger goodie bag to those who stake longer.
Being a liquidity provider is excellent in a coin that trades sideways or upwards. Providing liquidity in different methods allows for a healthier and more stable coin, it also gives you some guaranteed profits overtime.

To be frank, I chose mental Health because working on this project literally
saved my own life. Without this project, I 100% know that I would not be here
anymore. The unbearable struggle I went through with my own mental health made
me realise that there will be many others struggling. I wanted to save others’
lives as I had saved my own.
You may not realise but all the songs recorded so far were actually originally written by artists that either committed suicide or died as a direct consequence of their own struggles with mental health. That’s why they were chosen to help raise awareness…

MindMusic has focused on the short term, concentrating on the launch of its first vinyl record, creating a participation platform and selling our own range of products, which are its strategies to obtain capital or financing as a starting point, consider that cryptography can help them throughout their evolutionary process; How will they handle donations, how they will be able to select the most vulnerable, many people like to collaborate with this type of causes but they doubt about the true destination of the funds collected, you can and you demonstrate their veracity and transparency and real benefit the most needy?

We are using the music to raise awareness and cause people to reflect on the
issue at hand by thinking for a short moment about the reasons why the songs
exist and who wrote them.
How we will demonstrate transparency? The community will help us decide where donation funds would go, but lets not jump too far ahead of ourselves…
Money for donations will be raised through the profits of the albums and the live gigs and there wont be any donations until there are profits, there wont be profits till we finish the music and get the first release out.
Once we get to the stage where we have products on the market, the donations will all be done through livestreams and proved transparency, but for now our goal is brand awareness and most importantly mental health awareness

What kind of Music versions will you bring to the Mind Music ecosystem, Will it be Cover versions or Original ones? The song is fully licenced with permission to be released from the copyright holders. We hold a full licence for each of the songs released. When the record label becomes established we will of course be releasing original songs from a variety of artists. We are also in talks with well known artists about collaborations. At this stage (due to legal reasons) I am unable to provide any further details but announcements will be made as soon as possible.
we are going to be recording a further 12-13 tracks in October for the first physical release that will be released in time for Christmas.

So yeah, vinyl is making a comeback these days, and we already touched a bit on that earlier, so I would like to reiterate that it is also on youtube, spotify, soundcloud, and will be on CD.
So as we stated earlier we havent decided on the exact numbers yet for the APY. We are looking in the range of around 6-12%, but we will not make a deciding factor on something important like that until all the numbers have been crunched and the code is done. We do not like to announce things until we know we can do it.
This code will be custom written and created just for MND and for our website. We have looked into other staking platforms and code, but we dont want to give up percentages of peoples tokens to go to other people just because they wrote some staking code. If they can do it, we can do it as well, and in fact we are pretty close to being done with our own code.
What makes MND good for passive income is the future real world revenue that can help drive the MND chart.
ADDITIONALLY, we stealth launched a second linked token called Baby Mind, that is a reward token, that does give MND rewards to holders. This is one example beyond the real world revenue examples we provided that also helps drive MND price and investment performance for holders.

I have decided to modify the way that the buy back wallet works from this point on. Currently, the buyback triggers one large 10BNB buy when the wallet reaches a 10BNB balance. This mechanic means that people wanting to sell tend to wait until the buyback happens before they do it. As we have seen, this causes a dump that can potentially start a chain reaction of selling. I want to switch our buy back to a protective system that waits for sellers to sell…
From this moment forward when our buy back wallet hits a 10 BNB balance it will sit & wait for anyone selling large amounts and then be used to recover the chart. The funds in the buyback wallet will be used as best as they possibly can be to destroy irresponsible sellers the moment they sell. There will now be no specified time for it to trigger, it will be at a minimum of 10BNB and at my discretion. I am modifying this to protect everyone’s investment and I hope everyone understands. Yes! Baby Mind is a way to adapt and expand on the current trend of reward tokens, as well as have some slight memes involved with a very serious project. You can hold MND and get 1% MND rewards off transactions based off how much you are holding, but BMND gives a lot more MND in rewards, and can be shilled and shared in different ways than a serious project can, while our actual MND token can be shared in different ways than a meme project can.
This allows us to cover all the basics, and spread ourselves everywhere we can.
One neat thing is that sure, BMND has taxes of course as a reward coin, but the MND you earn and get from the reward distributor is tax free sent to you….

Because at the time, before it was even connected to crypto, Mark was working with a charity in the UK called MIND. It just made sense to keep the same project name as we moved into crypto and call this project Mind Music. It also connects heavily with our intention to raise awareness for mental health.

We are working very hard behind the scenes on partnerships with major artists but we are currently unable to reveal any details due to legal reasons. Rest assured big collaborations with major artists are very much on our hit list and something we are confident we will achieve.

80% of record sale “profits” will be donated. We have to ensure that the merch and sale businesses are self-sustainable. So of course they need to make enough money to cover themselves.
Once they cover themselves, the rest of the money other than charity goes into the actual coin to increase value for the holders.
The PLATFORM is a non-profit organization. We make money by holding the coin and getting marketing money. Holders make money by money being pumped into the coin.
That 80% of profits once we pay everything we need to pay to run those parts of the business will go into charities to help raise awareness for mental health.

It’s our intention to make everyone that purchases merchandise or buys a ticket a small holder of Mind Music coin. The idea is to charge them a small surcharge on top of the purchase which is then given back to them on their own unique wallet. Details of how this will work are still being worked on..

Great, you bring that up! Yes, that tax is for the buyback wallet, where we can manually control and eat dips. It works pretty well if you have checked the chart.
Other than taxes, no we do not have any restrictions on transactions at all. You can buy and sell as you wish.
