The Spatial Universe is an unlimited super universe where the spaces are linked together through the Spatial Portal. You have mentioned that Meta Spatial is one of the first NFT games in the world to bring MR, XR, VR and AR technology into the game. Please separately explain how do these features work on your platform. Can you let us know what type of experience do users get due to the availability of these technologies? How does their experience differ from what they get on other platforms? What made you integrate above technologies to Meta Spatial? Did you notice something special in other NFT games that have these technologies?

Peter: Thanks for the great question.

Before making the game Meta Spatial, the game development team has made lots of games and provided IT outsourcing, VR and AR services for big real estate companies in Vietnam for many years. In the not too distant future, we can completely create toolkits to help players create maps to be able to play in the game, so the synchronization of the game world and the real world is possible.

Meta Spatial will bring users the most immersive and realistic experiences by creating unlimited different spaces and applying XR – augmented reality and virtual reality technology in the Meta Spatial ecosystem.

Users can use VR, AR glasses like Oculus or Hololens to experience a whole new level of gaming.

Mary | Satoshi Club: And if more precisely, approximately when?) One year, five? Can you suggest any timeframes?

Peter: Nearly a decade.

I see that Meta Spatial, Spatial Galaxy and Spatial Moon all reside under the Tatum Blockchain network. It’s not everyday that you see projects deploying under this network. So why have you chosen Tatum over other conventional and popular blockchains like BSC, ETH and Solana? What’s so special about Tatum blockchain?

Peter: We choose to deploy on BSC because of the low fee and great ecosystem.

Peter: We also have plans to cross chain to other chains like Solana or FTM soon.

The first thing that attracted my attention in Meta Spatial ecosystem is Spatial Maker – a software that allows players to create assets in the Meta Spatial universe freely. That is a great idea to provide a possibility to create personally authentic heroes or assets. Please explain the cost of this feature. Does it varies based on the level of complexity of each creation?

Peter: Great question.

Unlike other NFT games that will cost you like 300-400$ to buy the NFT to play the game, our approach is different, we will charge very small amount (20-30$) to create our NFT characters. Meta Spatial is one of the pioneers when players can create characters based on more than 600 elements available. In the next stage, players can freely design skin, accessories for their characters and share, trade on NFT Marketplace.

Users will use $SPAT to pay for NFT creations.

I noticed on your tokenomics section, that Meta Spatial will allocate 32% of total token supply to “Play to Earn” which also accounts for the highest allocation, with fractions of 1%, 1.6% and 8.6% allocated to public, seed and private sales respectively. Since the entire concept of your gaming metaverse is hinged on Play to Earn, can you elaborate on the ways, means and channels players can earn and remain profitable while playing? How will the allocations to Play to Earn be utilised overtime and what ways will this allocation be continuously replenished from gaming activities? Can you talk on the seed, private and public allocations, how would these sales be conducted?

$GSTA token is the currency generated as a reward during participation in Meta Spatial activities. $GSTA is a BEP-20 token built on the Binance Smart Chain blockchain.

Mining and burning $GSTA will be entirely based on the development and adoption of the game’s user base. $GSTA supply and pricing will be kept at levels to maintain in-game asset valuations at a reasonable level and optimize entry levels for new users, while allowing the market to appreciate the game from outside.

$GSTA will be used for these purposes:

Spatial Moon:

  • Pay for the participation in the arena
  • Pay for the creation of personal maps

  • Increase some attributes during the match (these attributes will reset at the end of the match)

So, does the support you’ve received from them includes financial support? For those platforms that share their support in your platform, did you consider them for future collaboration or there is already an ongoing partnership with those said platforms?

As you received support from those platforms, what great impacts and advantages it brings to Meta Spatial network? Any win-win benefits that you will also give back from the support they are offering to your platform?

Peter: Beside receiving financial support from VCs, we also get their support in terms of strategy, community building, connection, marketing. These will help us deliver a great game and everyone will be playing the game.

We also can help them in return in so many ways. The ultimate goal is to deliver great products for users to be playing our game and have a great time.

Peter: We are user-focused from day 1, our users will always be our greatest asset and we would love to design the game the way community wants through our DAO.

Meta Spatial is a decentralized virtual universe. Granting control permission to the creators of this virtual space has always been part of our initial vision. In summary, through the DAO, the users have permission to control the policies created to define how the Meta Spatial platform works.

Within your metaverse, there are two planes for users to venture into: the Moon, and the Spatial Galaxy. Can you tell us what make up both planes and are there procedures on how users can venture into each plane? You mentioned that both planes can be connected together only by the aid of Spatial Portal which was created by you. Can you tell us the importance of this portal and how this will make the metaverse more enjoyable for players when both planes are connected? And are there rewards/profits for users as they explore Spatial metaverse?

Peter: Great question.

The Spatial Portal is a hall where gamers can enter the spaces in the Meta Spatial ecosystem through the linked portals.

In the Spatial Portal, gamers can interact, visit NFT markets, and join Meta Spatial activities.

To create a real Metaverse universe, we integrate the marketplace into the Spatial Portal, and gamers can visit the shops to choose favourite items instead of scrolling and clicking boring regular websites.

Meta Spatial Moon is a fictional space regarding a wormhole where gamers will experience a lively space with many historical and modern character themes in epic map perspectives. Furthermore, gamers can participate in the Battle Royale arena and earn money from the battles and owning lands.

Players will play Meta warriors’ role by buying NFTs or creating their own initial NFT characters to join. In the game, gamers can fight bosses, mix multi-players to choose the best one. Moreover, gamers can select a team playing in 5 vs 5 formats.

Who is the target audience and age range of Meta Spatial? Do I need to be a wealthy investor to play Meta Spatial or can players with small capitals play Meta Spatial?

Peter: Our target audience: 15-35 years of age. We will charge very small amount (20-30$) to create our NFT characters, so you don’t need to be a wealthy investor.

I want to know more about $SPAT token, does Meta Spatial have burn/buy-back for the token? If yes, how does the mechanism work and what triggers the burn event?

Peter: Thanks, with the goal of building games for the long haul, the team has plans to add value, burn token or buy-back strategies to consolidate and enhance value if necessary.

In addition, the game will have mechanisms to reduce inflation and use both tokens in the game such as:

Peter: Meta Spatial is delighted to receive a lot of support from major VC funds along with a well-known network of KOL/Influencers in crypto and non-crypto markets. The Meta Spatial leadership team is working day and night with large funds and KOLs to promote the product in the near future to attract users in Vietnam and other countries.
