Thanks for asking! My name is Nikolay, CTO of Ispolink, I was involved in the crypto space since 2017 and have been passionate about it ever since.

I would like to ask, how did you come up with this idea to combine headhunting and blockchain? 😉 In fact, crypto is a young industry and the staffing problem is indeed present in many companies.

Being a developer myself, I understand the difficulties in the recruitments processes. We have noticed that there’s a gap between supply and demand for highly skilled blockchain devs. That’s why we’re building a product that will onboard the best crypto companies in the industry.

One of the first sentences on your website is “Complete your resume and find the job of your dreams in the blink of an eye”… Something hard to believe for those of us who already have several disappointments of searching and searching for jobs in those typical job offer websites that seem more like advertising than anything else, and when you finally manage to contact a company it turns out to be at a really ridiculous salary. So tell us, how do you plan to make real this to get a job quickly? How Ispolink through Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain intends to create a platform that really works to find a job?

Great question! We’re making life easier for both candidates and companies. So we have very easy onboarding for candidates – all they have to do is upload their resume and our NLP algorithms will do the rest! At the same time, they can earn tokens by getting verified, referring friends and staking.
When it comes to companies, we empower them to streamline their processes and by leveraging AI, they would be able to find suitable candidates around the globe with just a few clicks.

Thank you that’s a great question. Besides bringing applicants together with best to fit companies, we are aiding them to increase their qualifications by integrating courses from Udemy and Coursera within the Ispolink platform.

Is Ispolink fully decentralized? Or will each user need to complete various levels of KYC so that their information can be trusted and be able to provide them with the job of their dreams?
Nick:
Our crypto ecosystem is completely decentralized and powered by Polygon’s L2 scaling solution. Essentially, all users are in full control of their funds and they can interact with Metamask integration similar to Uniswap. Another major benefit is that we are verifying the authenticity of degrees on the blockchain.

Ispolink had a bounty campaign and airdrop. Don’t you afraid that this distribution will affect token price after exchange listing? Also, can you tell us please how many ISP tokens totally will be distributed to bounty and airdrop participants in total? I can’t find this info in your tokenomics.
Btw, could you share your tokenomics with us? to fully understand the explanation to the question.

Alright, we did hold an airdrop and bounty campaigns last year, the allocations for both is equal to 1.5% of the total supply. The ISP tokens will be distributed in 2 batches after exchange listing in order to avoid any negative impact on the token price.

One of the key features of the Ispolink project is a confirmed education (the authenticity of diplomas is verified thanks to the blockchain).
How does the whole verification process work, could you tell us? It seems to me that it is impossible to check any degree of education or am I wrong?
Nick:
Yes, here’s how the verification works:
We’re sharing an API with MIT for example and we request information on whether the candidate has their degree there. Depending on the result, we record this data on the blockchain.

I agree with the question, one of the main problems in the hiring process is that people lie in their CV, for example many say they speak languages that they do not speak or have excel skills that they do not have. How can you verify that people have the skills they mention? Or are only certified skills are supported?
Nick:
We’re verifying their professional qualifications and experience. Whereas, it’s up to the companies to evaluate their soft/hard skills during the interview process.

My question is, what differentiates LinkedIn from Ispolink? Decentralization generally provides greater security to any protocols, but besides this, why should users prefer to post their job search on Ispolink? Are there incentives for this?
Nick:
LinkedIn is in general a platform for establishing professional connections. Although they have options for publishing jobs and finding employees, their product is quite different. Unlike LinkedIn, Ispolink is a full-cycle ATS platform powered by blockchain and AI, to facilitate and efficiently manage all stages of the hiring process, including interviews on the platform.

We are adopting the B2B subscription model with monthly and annual packages for companies that they can choose based on their needs. The main purpose of implementing Polygon’s layer 2 is to drive down the extremely high gas fees, ensure faster and more decentralized payments. I’d like to mention that we’re about to make the ISP platform interoperable and compatible with other blockchains like Binance Smart Chain.

🙋♂️Hello. The success of AI innovations depends on the initial set up and robust programming algorithm. How will the model you are using accurately extract information from CVs, match them against a pool of other job seekers, identify which of them are better qualified and suggests them to employers? Are there any chances that a candidate that emerges from this automated screening process may not be the best qualified?
Nick:
Yes, training a robust AI algorithm to extract and analyze information from resumes is not an easy task. Initially, the AI algorithms will be trained on a limited number of users. As we onboard more users and have more people on the platform, our algorithms will get more accurate. Also, we have implemented a matching algorithm that will precisely rate the compatibility of the candidate to the given job posting – from 0-100%. The AI algorithm will pick potential candidates from a large pool of candidates. The matching algorithm will return the exact percentage – for example 75%, based on soft skills, hard skills, education and experience.
