Vladimír Lieger: Hi everyone😎
Marek Szotkowski: Hi all, thank you very much for the invitation.
Andrés M. | Satoshi Club: We are glad to have you here, how is going your day guys?
Gold Rocket | Satoshi Club: We are also very excited about the upcoming AMA and are very excited to have you here today.😊
Hello and welcome to Satoshi Club, guys!
Ing. Robert Michalek: We are Busy with $BUSY 🚀 Launching in a few days 🚀
Gold Rocket | Satoshi Club: We look forward to hearing from you more about this. But let’s go in order!❤️
Andrés M. | Satoshi Club: Great event, congratulations
Gold Rocket | Satoshi Club: Introduce youreself. How did you get to be involved in crypto & BUSY?
Tell us please about yourself and your position in BUSY.
Ing. Robert Michalek: Sure. As an introduction, we will write about ourselves individually below this message 😊
In this AMA is Vladimir Lieger (CEO), Robert Michalek (CTO) and Marek Szotkowski (Blockchain developer)
Gold Rocket | Satoshi Club: It’s a pleasure to see you all here! 👍
Andrés M. | Satoshi Club: The heads of Busy, great honor for us 💪
Vladimír Lieger: I’m Vladimir Lieger CEO at Busy Technology.
Live long freelancer and Crypto enthusiast.
From the first contact with crypto, I know this could change
Everything. And that inspired me to create an idea of Busy and
I hope we can make a real impact in the mainstream
with our solution.
Ing. Robert Michalek: I am Robert Michálek, I am CTO and Co-founder at Busy Technology. I have been working as a freelancer for many years developing websites, e-shops, CMSs and web apps. I was asked by Vladimir to join Busy idea a year back. Since then, we are all together and developing Busy 😊
Marek Szotkowski: I’m Marek Szotkowski, blockchain developer at Busy Technology.
I worked as a back end developer in one of the top insurance companies in the Czech Republic (especially the development of an environment for online sales).
I started with cryptocurrencies in 2009, when I first mined bitcoin and traded, and then I went into the blockchain environment more in-depth.
Since 2014 I have been working in the blockchain and crypto sector (as a freelancer), developing some wallets and collaborated on several projects (some master nodes and staking projects).
I like math, chess and love the idea of decentralization.
Gold Rocket | Satoshi Club: Great background
What is the essence of your project?
Andrés M. | Satoshi Club: Dream team💪
Ing. Robert Michalek: 😊 In terms of Busy project itself, we do have 8 members and we are all based in Prague, Czech Republic 🇨🇿🇨🇿🇨🇿
Gold Rocket | Satoshi Club: I dream of visiting Prague ❤️
Is it true that crypto is very developed in your country?
Ing. Robert Michalek: The essence of Busy DAO is to make an engine for B2C/C2C platforms with cutting-edge blockchain technology, DeFi solutions, Utility Staking, and NFTs.
This engine can solve real-world problems in multiple areas.
Many new platforms can be built on the Busy DAO Engine as the Engine will be available to everyone who will see an advantage in it through Smart Contracts.
The project aims to create an ecosystem of global decentralized and exclusive platforms in the first stage focused on the gig economy that will compete with the current centralized giants with exclusivity, offered quality of services, and benefits associated with decentralization.
In our opinion, the gig economy suffers the most from the current e-com problems because current centralized platforms care only about the numbers, not quality or user experience.
Gold Rocket | Satoshi Club: I see that all the main trends of the crypto market have been taken into account in your project.👍
absolutely right👍
Ing. Robert Michalek: Yes, definitely. We have a great community and environment in the Czech Republic. Interesting crypto projects came from the Czech Republic, we have really good developers 🙌
Gold Rocket | Satoshi Club: How long does it take to develop a project?
Andrés M. | Satoshi Club: Thank you so much for this amazing introduction, are you ready to proceed with the first question?
Ing. Robert Michalek: Well, we are still developing the Busy and there are many phrases 😊 It is a long-term run. From the idea to development, brainstormings, cooperations, security, testing and many more.
In Busy, we have started the idea 1 year back and after the year, we are launching our public sale and heading to do mainnet in the middle of this year.
So yes, it can take a few years from idea to full adoption to the mainstream 😊
Gold Rocket | Satoshi Club: Thank you very much for the great intro! You are really cool guys from Busy! Ready for the questions from community?❤️
Ing. Robert Michalek: Sure, next questions please 👍
Gold Rocket | Satoshi Club: Let’s start 🚀
Q1 from Telegram User @victorogb
One of the major feature of the BUSY coin is the utility staking and making it even more interesting, Busy also offers every user the option to choose whether to perform staking — online or offline which is one of the various unique features the Busy technology offers. I will particularly like to know how offline staking activities can be performed by a user and why are staking rewards set at 33% p.a and who are the categories of persons entitled to such benefits?
Marek Szotkowski: Every user can select between online and offline. Offline means that the user will become a node in the Busy blockchain and perform staking. In the online solution, the platform will be tethered with the blockchain and staking will be used to have a different size of the slot based on the number of full staking addresses. We are implementing as many coin utilities as possible so it has the maximum utility for every user.
Andrés M. | Satoshi Club: Both represent the same profit for staking?
Marek Szotkowski: 33% was chosen to maximize token liquidity on changes and insentifases user to use token for his utility and participate on tethered platforms on staking and generated reward use on platforms on to bring liquidity in ecosystem to allow other user to buy coin and participate on ecosystem, for example, pay to services on platform.
Yes.
Andrés M. | Satoshi Club: Thank you, apart of that, what are the main benefits for holders?
Marek Szotkowski: Holders will be able to participate in the voting governance and be part of the Busy ecosystem.
For stakers, the main benefits are occupation of the space on the platform, the 33% of staking reward, and many more.
Both will have a fair share in the ecosystem and anyone will be able to create their own project on BusyChain, e.g., asset, NFT token, etc.
Gold Rocket | Satoshi Club: great benefit! thanks a lot for the answers! ready for the next question?
Andrés M. | Satoshi Club: Wow, big rewards and great benefits for users👏
Marek Szotkowski: Yes, the engine and tethered platforms will be for users, not only for us 🙂
Ing. Robert Michalek: Sure 🔛
Andrés M. | Satoshi Club: Strengthening users is one of the pillars of a good project
Q2 from Telegram User @Highpee
First of all, congratulations on your recently concluded seed and private sale event which was said to be highly oversubscribed as you were able to raise about $700k in seed and $1.2M. How are these fundings expected to be deployed within your project. And for us in the public category, I learnt you have prepared a dual IDO/IEO on April 21 to be done on Poolz and MXC Exchange. The procedure on how to join Poolz IDO is a bit clear as it will require a whitelist but the sale model on MXC Exchange is still unclear. Kindly explain better how these two public sale events will be conducted and how interested investors can participate. Thanks
Gold Rocket | Satoshi Club: It’s very soon🚀🚀🚀
Ing. Robert Michalek: Definitely! We were able to do a big hype and raise awareness of the Busy. We are definitely not at the end, not even in the middle 🚀 We have many supporters of the idea and we are really happy about that, it is nice to see some of the feedbacks 🥰
Andrés M. | Satoshi Club: 👏🥳
Gold Rocket | Satoshi Club: BTW why did you decide to combine two such significant events for the project on one date?😊
Ing. Robert Michalek: A lot of questions at once 😊 The fundraised funds are going to many parts of the project, from the development, all organization tasks and to secure liquidity in the ecosystem to necessaries to make Busy ready for the mainstream. We are targeting to be listed on top-tier exchanges, do the second marketing hype once the first platform is ready for early supporters. Of course, the solution has to be secured (it is the main priority), we will also have some bug bounty campagnes for Busy users.
Instructions for sale via MXC will be published really soon by the MXC exchange. Stay tuned and feel free to check our social media, where all information is regularly published 😊 🚀🚀
Andrés M. | Satoshi Club: We will be waiting for it, don’t foret to share all the info with us 😁
Vladimír Lieger: The same date was chosen to ensure there will be less overlap and to be fair and have the same rules and date for all users.
Ing. Robert Michalek: Sure! You can also join our TG Announcement group: https://t.me/busy_official_announcements

Andrés M. | Satoshi Club: Thank you so much, ready to go with our next question?
Ing. Robert Michalek: Go 🙌
Gold Rocket | Satoshi Club: Thanks for sharing! Satoshi Clubbers! join please! Don’t miss important dates! 🚀
Q3 from Telegram User @Johana0012
As we well know, Busy DAO is a decentralized distributed solution that takes advantage of blockchain technology in multiple cases. Can you detail which are those multiple cases to which you offer a solution? What advantages do they have? Do you use your own consensus test? Can Busy be used on a variety of e-commerce platforms?
Vladimír Lieger: We focus at the first stage to develop a decentralized freelance platform, but the possibility to build any platform on the Busy blockchain is countless. Any e-commerce (and not only e-commerce) platform can be built on the engine. The blockchain will be faster than for example Ethereum, and as the users will be part of the ecosystem, the fees will be on their lowest possibilities. We do use our modified PBFT consensus as we need some more specific functions in the Busy blockchain to handle all various types of platforms.
Andrés M. | Satoshi Club: Great design of the platform, I think you are facing some of the common problems of current blockchain technology
Are you ready to proceed with the next question? 😃
Ing. Robert Michalek: Sure 😊
Q4 from Telegram User @cryptofollower
Busy is developing B2C model while currently focusing for the freelance business sector. As covid pandemic also increased the number of freelancers, Busy might provide great solutions for the needs. But as there are other solutions for freelancers, why would people choose the decentralized platform you are building for freelancers? What kind of problems current platforms have and what do you provide for solving those problems?
Ing. Robert Michalek: Correct, there are some centralized solutions for freelancers, but all have the same problems in common: centralization, censorship, quantity over quality, low-quality, overcrowded and spam offers and mainly high fees (somewhere it is more than 30%! 😱). Blockchain can mitigate the problems in a decentralized way and, moreover, the users will be part of the ecosystem and they will be included in the future development, they will be randomly selected from blockchain to decide potential issues between the freelance and end-user and so on.
Next, please 😊
Andrés M. | Satoshi Club: Of course, thanks for the clear answer 😃
Q5 from Telegram User @yellowchamp
Why do you choose to launch your IEO in MXC Exchange and IDO in Poolz at the same date April 21? What advantages and good benefits that those platforms brings to Busy platform and to investors? Does the price of $BUSY in both IEO and IDO is the same or it varies depends on the platform? For investors to have more info about this public sale, can you tell us more details about it especially the whitelisting process? Thank you!
Ing. Robert Michalek: The same date was chosen to ensure there will be less overlap and to be fair and have the same rules and date for all users. The price in both IEO and IDO is the same. For the whitelisting process Poolz have their own requirements – feel free to check: https://medium.com/busytechnology/busy-public-sale-to-be-launched-on-poolz-whitelist-is-now-opened-bf8238da59f8. Instructions for sale via MXC will be published really soon by MXC Exchange. Also check our social media for any news we are publishing multiple times per day (mainly these few days before public sale) 🚀🚀
Andrés M. | Satoshi Club: Are your partnering with other exchanges?
Ing. Robert Michalek: Sure, we are in contact with many and listings will be announced also soon 😊
Andrés M. | Satoshi Club: Congratulations, great news and events are coming for Busy I think🥳
Btw, could you tell us more about your current partnerships?
Ing. Robert Michalek: Sure 😊 As mentioned in one of the questions, we were able to gain mass interest from 0 within just 2 months and oversubscribe both pre-sale rounds and close them together. The biggest investor and strategic partner is Spark Digital Capital. Another one is Insignius Capital based in the EU and they are supporting us on the development side. There are many we can not highlight yet, we will announce the partnerships soon. 🚀
Andrés M. | Satoshi Club: [ 🚀 Sticker ]

Q6 from Telegram User @Brainchest
How does the system determine the honesty and transparency of arguments in a dispute between a freelancer and a customer? Each of them can get more people talking for his or her counterpart.
Ing. Robert Michalek: We do have also some YT videos where we are explaining the whole technology which will be applied on the platform: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC-ujH8qdQ-A6bLT6quR0pvQ 🎉
Gold Rocket | Satoshi Club: thanks for sharing👍
Vladimír Lieger: On the platforms, there will be no central authority to sort this out. It will be the users 😎 There will be algorithms to choose random people from the DAO platform and add them to the dispute. This is another part, where users can benefit from ecosystem growth and be rewarded for it. So there will be an insured fair and reliable dispute solving process.
Andrés M. | Satoshi Club: Another great benefit to be part of the project, thanks for share it guys
Gold Rocket | Satoshi Club: Friends! thank you very much for your great answers! And now we invite you to proceed to the most impressive part of our AMA – live questions! 🚀🚀🚀
Andrés M. | Satoshi Club: @RobertMichalek @VladimirLieger @markszotko thanks for this exciting first part of the AMA, ready to go with the live segment?
Ing. Robert Michalek: Yes, lets go 🚀
Marek Szotkowski: Wait for it 😉
Part 2 — live questions from the Telegram community
Q1 from telegram username @mobilejii
I cannot join your telegram group as seen in pin post now @busy_technology. Can you please give me your community telegram link to join?
Robert Michalek: https://t.me/busy_official
Q2 from telegram username @Guandog
I think I got a little lost, what is the anti spam feature for? What risks are there that this solves?
Robert Michalek: The anti-spam feature is to avoid spammers being on the platform. Or, if so, to be really expensive for them. As every message sent will cost a token and spammer multicast message to thousands of users, he spent thousands of coins. But if there is a conversation between two people, they are just exchanging the same coin.
Q3 from telegram username @alyaakin
On your whitepaper it says we will be able to pay inside of the system without using any external exchange with Atomic Swaps. What is atomic swap and how to use it?
Marek Szotkowski: Atomic swap works like a quick exchange of two different cryptocurrencies running on distinct blockchain networks.
Q4 from telegram username @callmesudi
do I have to hold $POOLZ in order to buy $BUSY?
Marek Szotkowski: Yes, depending on the conditions of the Poolz, you must own the token and have it in staking.
Q5 from telegram username @cryptonation2
What are your priorities for 2021 ? Do you have any roadmap
Robert Michalek: Yes, feel free to check our roadmap on our website: https://busy.technology/
Public sale, mainnet, staking, beta version of the platform, alfa version of the platform.
Q6 from telegram username @My1queen
What future goals does your project have in the next 5 years?
Vladimír Lieger: Of course mainstream adoption of DAO engine and tethered platforms.
Q7 from telegram username @Derazy
I think not all crypto users, especially who like BUSY, will understand English as the language. IN this case, do you have ambassador where local community can also involve or receive information and updates regarding BUSY? If yes, could you please tell us which nation/language?
Robert Michalek: Great question. Yes, we will target multiple markets. We do have good advisors who will help us with targeting their markets and support with marketing. We also do have some strategic investors who are helping us with marketing agencies on particular markets too. The freelance platform itself will have not only the categories but also the region filter.
Q8 from telegram username @cindy_crypto
You said every developer can create an application using your technology. Beside using it for freelance what can be other projects based on Busy?
Robert Michalek: Yes, the engine will be distributable to everyone who will se an advantage in it through Smart Contracts. Some of our team members work as freelancers and we can see many problems which can be solved through blockchain. Any platform from gig economy can be build – use of NFT (media), use of trading (Ebay/Amazon) and many more. It depends on the developers focus 😊
Q9 from telegram username @lukacy
How will you preserve the value of the coin . Will there be buyback or burning
Vladimír Lieger: The main value-preserving tool should be real-world utility, and that is our main focus from the beginning.
Q10 from telegram username @rockmorti
Why have you decided to use Proof Of Stake technology instead of Proof of Work, which is known by far as safer? How do you see the cost benefit in it?
Marek Szotkowski: We decided for proof of stake for several reasons one of the main ones is mainly the possibility of scalability, energy consumption, participation and I think it’s a more decentralized approach than proof of work.
Part 3 – Quiz Results
As usual, for the third part, Satoshi Club Team asked the chat 4 questions about the crypto project. A link to a Quiz form was sent into the chat.
