Bingus x Satoshi Club AMA Recap from 26th of April

Bingus x Satoshi Club AMA Recap from 26th of April

Hello, Satoshi clubbers! Another AMA took place in Satoshi Club and we would like to introduce to you the AMA session with our friends from Bingus and our guests were @pathfinderzips and @cryptoenjoyer. The AMA took place on 26 April.

The AMA session was divided into 3 parts with a total crypto reward pool of 500$

In this AMA Recap we will try to summarise the most interesting points for you.

Part 1 — introduction and questions from the Telegram community

Mary | Satoshi Club: Hello Satoshi Club! We are happy to announce our AMA session with Bingus! Welcome to Satoshi Club😀

D. | Satoshi Club: today our guests –  @pathfinderzips and @cryptoenjoyer !

welcome to Satoshi Club!

Mike (formerly MJ): Hey Guys! thanks for having us! I’m really excited.

Welcome here 🎉

How are you today?😀

I am fantastic, how are you guys?

D. | Satoshi Club: great! 😊

Mary | Satoshi Club: We as well, excited to hear more about Bingus🚀

And let’s start our AMA 😀

Mike (formerly MJ): Super excited to tell you guys all about it, talking about it is maybe one of my favorite things to do. Lets do this!

Mary | Satoshi Club: Could you please introduce yourself and tell us more about Bingus 😀

Rumi: Hi guys!! 👋 Excited to hang out with you today! ☺️

D. | Satoshi Club: happy to have you here ! 😊

Mary | Satoshi Club: Welcome to Satoshi Club 😀

Rumi: I’m Rumi!

Mike(MJ) and I have been friends for about 10 years.

I work in the entertainment industry in LA – formerly at major talent agencies, media companies, and ad agencies.

I specialize in marketing, business development, and partnerships.

On team BINGUS, I help connect us with influencer partnerships and develop long term marketing initiatives.

Some of my best friends came from shelters, and I’m excited to make the world a happier place for animals. 🐈🐕

Mike (formerly MJ): I’m Mike, one of the devs on Bingus and the only one currently doxxed. Bingus is a fairly simple token on paper. It is a meme animal charity coin where 3% of each transaction is split between a 1% burn, 1% reflect, and 1% to a charity wallet.

I came onto the project in the most organic way possible, simply by stepping up to work on it as I fell in love with it. After launch, the founding dev asked if I wanted to help with the first ama and I did… and from there on out so far it’s history.

My background is not typically in technology, it is in film/tv, that’s my day-to-day work. Currently, I got booked last minute on a job so I’m actually sitting on set for The Good Fight at the moment.

But I also have two rescue dogs myself so getting to work on this project so far has been the honor of a lifetime. So far we have donated 30k to animal shelters across the world(20k is up on our website in proofs). We have more influencers coming on every day to the cause like Cr1TiKaL, bbno$, Crispy Conchords, and most importantly Rocky Kanaka an Emmy-nominated animal rescue advocate.

There’s so much more to talk about but that is the highest level summary I can give quickly. 😊

Mary | Satoshi Club: How long are you in crypto?

Mike (formerly MJ): Personally I have been in heavily into crypto since the 2017 bullrun, however I have always been interested in it. If only I could find my BTC bought back in college in about 2012…. sigh. Regardless it has been amazing all these years to watch the space grow into what is becoming a very mature market.

Rumi:  Great question!

Funny enough I’ve only been in crypto for about 3 months.

I’m lucky to have a great group of friends to help bring me up to speed with industry nuance.

Really excited for the potential here, there is so much buzz in the entertainment industry so excited to ride that wave.

Prior to that, just a regular old WSB Ape 🦍 🚀🌕

Mary | Satoshi Club: Only 3 months! And you already did a lot😀

Rumi: Most nonstop insane 3 months of my life!

Mary | Satoshi Club: You’re fast guys!

Thank you for your intro!

Ready to dive into the details and start with the questions from our community?😀

Mike (formerly MJ): Absolutely

Rumi: Bring it on guys! 💪🔥

Q1 from Telegram user @alberto_vzla

The first thing I read when entering the Bingus Finance website is that your cryptocurrency is related to justice and guarantee, based on the benefits of decentralization, what is the relationship between this concept and the logo of a cat? How can the decentralization of your token provide solutions for animals?

Mike (formerly MJ): Want me to take this one Rumi?

Rumi: Go for it!

Mike (formerly MJ): So here’s how I see it. At the moment there is an incredible rush towards cryptocurrency. Of course not only is there a ton of money to be made in the markets trading, but I see blockchain tech as something transformative, that will change the world. I’ve felt that way since I learned about tech like IOTA back in 2017 and before that in general with smart contracts.

You cant connect the dots looking forward, you can only connect them looking back so who knows exactly where this will all lead.

However, when we started working on Bingus I was well aware that currently, the use cases are limited.  It’s a speculative meme coin and the majority of our utility to the animal world is currently in simply donating money.

Our close partnership with Rocky Kanaka who knows everyone in the animal welfare world is not just a media based one. We want to use his knowledge of the world to truly understand the pain points of all of these shelters, rescues, and animal companies to leverage our growing market cap, and developer connections to use bingus to build dApps that can hopefully help them do their super important job for efficiently and effectively

Mary | Satoshi Club: Did you care about animals before?

Mike (formerly MJ):To finish up with the last question, So right now yes, our main utility is using people’s greed to do something truly wonderful, help save a whole bunch of animals. But in the near term future, we would like to pivot and work to solve real problems for the amazing people doing the work day in and day out of saving animals. That type of product however takes time to produce and an intimate knowledge of what the animal ecosystem needs from the world of technically and blockchain.

Personally I have had 4 dogs in my life. My two as a kid we’re my absolute best friends… most of the time my only friends if I’m honest. If you check out my profile picture you’ll see my one-eyed rescue Luna, who is my shadow and never leaves my side.

I abolsultely adore animals so this has been a total honor for me.

Mary | Satoshi Club: And also are your main focus on charity?

D. | Satoshi Club:  [ 👍 Sticker ]

Rumi:

This is Meatball, my personal bingus/shelter cat angel.

I have always been one of those girls who loves animals more than people. Every year I donate to Best Friends Animal Society and volunteer locally at adoption events.

Bingus, for me, was a bigger way to make an impact.

Mike (formerly MJ): At the moment yes. That is the best utility we can provide to these shelters and rescues. But long term I am fully aware that not only is that not enough, but we can do better. That’s why our partnership with BogTools is so important to me. They are everything I am not. Rumi and I have the admin and marketing side down… but the BogTools guys are absolute blockchain geniuses and I’m proud to call them friends of ours.

Mary | Satoshi Club: Beautiful cat😍😍😍

You have awesome goals👏

Rumi: We are exploring the ways we can provide technical infrastructure to animal shelters. VERY early exploratory stages but there is a big need to help get these shelters equipped to receive crypto donations and more organized. They’re animal people, not usually tech people. So we’re working with the experts in the space to try and figure out how we can help more.

Mary | Satoshi Club: 👍

Thank you for your answers! Ready to go to the next question?😀

Mike (formerly MJ): For sure!

Rumi: Always!

Q2 from Telegram user @shupyrg

Bingus is doing an awesome job helping animal shelters with their donations. How can we suggest shelters to add them to the donation list?

Mike (formerly MJ): fantastic question. As of right now we are looking into a couple different solutions to have a system where you can submit shelters we can review them easily and there could be some form of community discussion about adding them to the vote.

Mary | Satoshi Club: May be community voting in tg group?

D. | Satoshi Club: i want to ask, how exactly people can help with donation? they somehow should use your crypto for this?

Rumi: One of the best ways to do that for the time being is to reach out to one of our Telegram admins. We have a rockstar staff of about 50 who helps us to personally vet each of the shelters we donate to.

Community voting options coming soon. 🙂

We are quite proud of our liquidity voting system for shelter donations which, if you haven’t seen it, check it out!

Mary | Satoshi Club: We will wait for solutions 😀

Mike (formerly MJ): However as of right now that is not fully implimented and is only in initial stages of a build.

So right now we’re mostly doing manual reviews of shelters, reaching out, setting them up with a wallet if they don’t already have the ability to accept crypto as a donation.

Oh ya. Also our liqidity tokens voting system buillt by BogTools is extremely unique in the space. We wanted to incentiveize providiint liqidity but also reward the community members who are putting their skin on the line for the project. So we built that, those people are also in the running for a special NFT each vote.

This past vote’s NFT will go out today. Here it is. Charlie (cr1tical) ok’ed it and loves it. (without the logo watermark of course)

This was to commemorate our 10k donation the LA based rescue, The Real Bark.

Mary | Satoshi Club: Awesome! 👏

Thank you for your answers! Ready to proceed?

Mike (formerly MJ): Ya for sure!

Rumi: Yes!!

Q3 from Telegram user @cryptofollower

I’ve read the audit made by Desesrt Finance for your project. The first thing is about website was registered on 03/31/2021, registration expires 03/31/2022 and says this is a possible flag. I checked about your domain registration information right now and see it is still same. As this is the number one potential sign of risk on the audit report do you think of expanding the registration to maybe 10 years? I’d like to see this as your lifetime project. Are you here for long term or short term? Your smart contract can change but bingus.finance website must stay active forever.

Mike (formerly MJ): For sure. That’s a quick and easy fix I can do today. Absolutely. to be honest I had bought that website when I was simply a volunteer very early on. And at this point it’s something I definitely need to change. Dessertswap said they would update the audit once I requested it, so I will get that done later today and request them to update all of those things in the audit including me being doxxed.

Thanms for checking out our audit! We really loved getting that audit done and plan on doing more in the future

To be clear, I will look into all of the different offerings for domain registration and extend it way past one year. It may not be 10, but it will absolutely be much longer than one year.

Rumi: We are here for the long term.

We initially didn’t realize Bingus would be the success that it has been.

Sounds crazy today, but we expected a simple passion project to help animals.

We didn’t expect to dox, now things have changed as BINGUS became so much more than we expected.

So yes, we are re-registering the website and are continually planning upgrades as well.

Mike (formerly MJ): To futher prove that we are here for the long term, in addition to the website extension. We are already registered as an LLC in the United States and we hold the trademark on Bingus as a cryptocurrency

Ok that about wraps up that answer for me. 👍🏻

Mary | Satoshi Club: Yes, safety should be on the first plays, better money goes to kitties and dogs than to the hackers😀

Really? You officially registered?

Mike (formerly MJ): we are an absolute agreement there. 😄

Yep Bingus Token is an LLC registered in Delaware. We registered about two weeks ago through Zen business, and all the documentation came through. if you give me a moment I can get you a screenshot of our certificate that Zen business sent us.

Mary | Satoshi Club: Sure! Take your time!

Mike (formerly MJ):

And there is my full legal name . Its only cut off at the bottom so that it doesn’t dox my address.

Mary | Satoshi Club: Awesome! Thank you for sharing!

Mike (formerly MJ): Of course, happy to!

Mary | Satoshi Club: [ Sticker ]

Thank you for your answers! Ready to jump to the next question?

Mike (formerly MJ): Let’s do it!

Q4 from Telegram user @Indomiekuy

I read that you are doing partnership with one of influencer name Rocky Kanaka with over 2.35million subscriber youtube, can you share with us what is the benefit that you got from this partnership? Do you have plan to add partnership with other project or influencer in the future?

D. | Satoshi Club: that’s a sad cat  😄

Mary | Satoshi Club:  [ 😂 Sticker ]

Fat fingers 😂

Rumi: I got this one! ☺️

Rocky is the biggest animal-specific YouTuber in the world. He is someone who aligns with our brand perfectly, he devotes every waking minute to helping animals get adopted.

Not only does he have a great, engaged audience in our targeted demo, but he can help us navigate the world of shelters. As mentioned previously many shelters are not tech and social media savvy. Some are better run than others.

He can help us find partners and put the donation money to good use in a tangible way – shelter makeovers, etc.

We want to be able to show our community how the charity funds are being used and he is the perfect person to help us with that.

Mike (formerly MJ): Sure. I’ll answer a little bit about this and then I think Rumi can talk a whole lot more.

Rocky is maybe the most important partnership that we could have. I think people underestimate just how important it is. He had a show on Netflix called save our shelter, he knows everybody at animal planet, he knows all the shelters and all the rescues that anyone could know.

in our pivot to providing more utility to shelters and rescues, he is the most important person and the perfect person to have on board. in talking with him he made it clear that he’s very excited about block chain technology, and he’s very excited to continue working with us beyond just a simple endorsement tweet and YouTube video.

so yes Rocky is a wonderful partner, but we are bringing on more influencers often.

Something that hasn’t really become official news yet is that later this week a lead actor of a television show will be signing on to support Bingus. It’s a fairly large show with a massive budget in large following. I can’t say what it is yet To respect the performers privacy, but I do work on it almost daily. He loves the deal with the animals, he loves the deal with the burn, he loves the whole thing, I just have to sit down with him and make it official.

Mary | Satoshi Club: Do you pay Rocky for promotions?😀

Mike (formerly MJ): So the too long didn’t read version of all this yes we are going to be bringing on big mainstream names in the future as that is me and rumi’s background And our whole marketing strategy

We gave him eth to give away in an upcoming video to shelters, but we didn’t give him anything otherwise.

Rumi: Nope.

He is a bingus holder as well. He wanted to buy in because he strongly believes in the mission.

Mary | Satoshi Club: Oh, he is very kind!

Mike (formerly MJ): He is truly an incredible person.

Mary | Satoshi Club: That’s real magic how crypto can connect people!

Thank you for your answers, guys! Ready to go to the next question!

Rumi: [ 👍 Sticker ]

Mike (formerly MJ): For sure!

Q5 from Telegram user @mctrho

First of all I want to clarify that the purpose you have and what you do is seem honorable and very admirable. Currently, ONGs are facing a severe credibility crisis, due to the scandals that have shaken many of these organizations. I don’t know if your project can be called an ONG, but these often lend themselves to acts of corruption. So how can the community know if charitable donations are true? Is there a site where the community can check this?

Rumi: This is a great question and something that we are sensitive to as well.

We always include the transaction ID with our donations, which you can check out.

We ask our shelter partners to verify on their social media as well, which they have. Here’s our third donation to Reversed Rescue, for example. https://www.instagram.com/p/CNi-1GejWK2/?igshid=1behcrpimhvlf

We are getting better at updating the site with these social links as well so it’s easier to track in one place.

This was also part of the reason in partnering with Rocky, who has a lot of credibility, and can actually demonstrate how the money is being used in different projects we’re working on. So we’ll have video proof of the donation money in action which I think is really unique.

Mike (formerly MJ): right now all of our donations are listed on our website with proofs. However that’s a big part of what we want to get changed and work on with the BogTools guys. I want to try and make the charity wallet be completely out of my control. From end to end I want to users to be voting on where the money goes in for it to be disbursed directly to the shelters and rescues without my interaction.

however we are simply not there yet. it’s quite a technological undertaking. so really we hope you can just trust us when you see the shelters posting about the donations on their own social media platforms, and viewing the transaction receipts that we post.

Plus me being registered as an LLC, and being doxxed I really don’t wanna go to prison lol. Sooooo I can use the utmost care when dealing with the charity wallet.

D. | Satoshi Club: yeah, video proof is quite unique indeed 👍

by the way, the name of your telegram group – BINGUS TOKEN 2.0, did you restart your project? or what does it mean 2.0?

Rumi: I love telling this story!

Mary | Satoshi Club: But if your project will develop more and become bigger may be you will hire accountant department?😀

Mike (formerly MJ): Ahhhh. This is a fun story.

Absolutely. I actually have a full accounting firm I’m talking to. I am part owner of a medium sized video production company, and we have a full accouting firm we work with so that’s who I will be engaging.

Mary | Satoshi Club: Awesome 👍

Mike (formerly MJ): So I can across Bingus 1.0 shortly after launch.  It was very promising. The community was wholesome and we grew, very quickly over 24 hours. I truly believed I had found the next Grumpy, without copyright issues and without baggage. The wholesome dev had launched this as a fun little project, had seen their little coin quickly becoming much much more. It was really amazing to watch. Price floor after price floor were found it we we’re growing fast. Charties started to be looked into to begin donations.

Then the unthinkable happened. The contract that Bingus Dev had used had a mint function in it. They had cloned a bad contract for their passion project. A user on 4chan noticed and I noticed the dev immediately. They were crushed, they didn’t know it was there and hadn’t minted a single new coin. We discussed possible solutions but the only one that made sense was to tell the community immediately. The sell off had already begun from the news on 4chan and the TG deserved to know. So the dev did the right thing and told them immediately.

Then the sell off really went wild. Since I had provided most of the 2BNB+ liquidity for the coin (the dev didn’t launch this with much as it was a passion project for them) it had become about 13 BNB during the pump. At the peak my total investment of 4 BNB (Liquidity and coins) was 25. I told the chat I’d hold for the next few hours and let them cash out. I had made the reddit post, I had shilled and recommended the coin, I would go down with the ship. And I did.

In the end I lost about 2BNB and 25 BNB in profit. But something insane and wonderful happened. The community stuck around. About 90% of the people stuck around and wanted to relaunch the coin. So I reached out to a Dev friend of mine that I’m working on a larger long term project with. They volunteered to create a new clean contract for Bingus and help provide liquidity for launch. I decided to throw in some of the last of my own BNB to do the same, and other from the community did as well. An actual community relaunch.

Bingus 1.0 was a very simple BSC contract. Now the coin has a 1% burn, a 1% reflect to all holders, and an 1% automatic charity wallet feature that is to be donated to animal shelters that accept BTC.

Mike (formerly MJ): That’s the whole story 👍🏻

Mary | Satoshi Club:  Long story! i like stories which have happy end😍

Rumi: Long story short, a few months back, Mike discovered a token called Bingus. The developer posted on Reddit and seemed very genuine. It was something to ape into, as one does.

We aped. Someone discovered there was a minting function in the original contract, due to the contract being a clone of another token. People became spooked and sold off. Mike (one of the nicest guys in crypto IMO) held so almost everyone could get out.

Then, the original community rallied for the project to come back. So we brought on an additional, more seasoned developer and our team to help. And the rest was history. 🙂

Mike (formerly MJ): Hahaha ya it’s along tale with tons of ups and downs. So proud of how far we’ve come.

Rumi with the short version lol.

Rumi: I did say long story short! 🙂

Mary | Satoshi Club: Thank you, guys!😍

You have many stories to tell👍

Ready for the 6th and last question from this part?

Rumi:  Yessss! ❤️

Q6 from Telegram user @igervacio

I use pancakeSwap a lot and the pools that are available to generate passive income, have you considered adding your platform token in one of those pools? Is there a way to passively generate Bingus tokens through savings?

Mike (formerly MJ): As of right now the only way to earn Bingus passively is to just hold it in your wallet. Personally I have mixed feelings about farming and stuff like that. However I would be interested in looking into getting a pool going on pancakeswap for sure.

but income generation and farming on binance smart chain it’s something that honestly I have found to be nine times out of 10 usually either a total disaster or a scam. BSC is rife with farming pools that end up becoming liquidated within a week, or completely crashing.

So when we started out doing this project that was some thing that I wanted to be cautious about getting into.

D. | Satoshi Club: totally agree with you about farming pools there, it’s very risky business 😁

Mike (formerly MJ): So for now I can say that it is unlikely for us to change that direction much, especially when there are laws in the United States and around the world that things like farming and pools come pretty close to breaking. I have a friend who works on Wall Street and he is friends with many a financial security lawyer, and we have discussed these types of things with them.

we want to make sure that we are always operating within within the legal boundaries of the United States, to make sure that Bingus can operate for years to come.

Thanks for the question!

D. | Satoshi Club: 👍

Rumi: This is an interesting idea and something that we have considered exploring, but it’s too early for us to announce anything coming in the future. We get to do our due diligence first and if/when we do something like this, do it with intention. Hence Mike’s lawyer comment above as well ^

Mary | Satoshi Club: You’re partially right, but i am currently farming and enjoy my small but regular profits😀 if project is good and legit i don’t see any problems in this. I can be wrong, of course

Mike (formerly MJ): Oh I completely agree there are some farms that are completely legitimate, it’s just something I want to be very careful about going forward.

D. | Satoshi Club: you getting profit now because market in a good condition currently😇😁

Mary | Satoshi Club: I am happy that you take this things seriously 👍

😉

So…Live part incoming 🎉

Mike (formerly MJ): NICE

Mary | Satoshi Club: Are you ready for the storm guys? Need shelter?😂

Rumi: *da baby voice* LETSGOOOOOOOO

Mike (formerly MJ): we fund shelters. We don’t need them ourselves. 😉

Mary | Satoshi Club: Let’s go 🚀

Part 2 — live questions from the Telegram community

Q1 from telegram username @Nataliyakil

For the first time information about a bald Sphynx cat appeared in March 2020.  A group on Instagram Subarusocks posted a video in which the owner strokes the cat.  The popularity of the animal rose sharply in September due to a viral publication on the Reddit website, after which social media users began to call all sphinxes Bingus.

This is the story of the appearance of the real cat Bingus.  Why did you name your project Bingus and use the image of the sphinx cat Bingus as a meme?

Rumi: A lot of questions about the logo/name, so I’m going to take this one first! ☺️

For anyone who didn’t know, “BINGUS” is meme – someone on Reddit saw a picture of a cute Sphinx cat, and called it “BINGUS” in a comment.

Corpse Husband also popularized the name.

Memes are great hooks. Look at the popularity of doge, for example. It’s fun to say “Bingus”, and the name was not owned by anyone – we trademarked it for crypto.

So the name Bingus has personality and is more fun than a generic word like Meow Woof Cat Dog etc.

Look at silly names like Google and how well they have done. 🙂

In my opinion, people come for the Bingus, and stay for the mission.

Q2 from telegram username @h1drX

I did a little research on the statistics of countries with the largest stray animals and found that the European countries with the highest numbers of homeless animals are Russia (4 million), Romania and Turkey (2 million) and Ukraine (1 million).  If we move to Latin America we find that in Mexico, 70% of the 18 million dogs that live in Mexico live on the street.  There are surely more places in the world where the situation is worse.  Do you plan to focus on these areas of the world?

Rumi: This is great research!

Our bingus admin team is international. We have representation from Brazil to Canada, Turkey, the UK, etc. We have always had an international focus in mind. In fact, our second donation ever was to a shelter in Russia.

As we scale and get more organized, we want to continually focus on international aid. This is why we are working on building a community voting function, to allow users to make recommendations and vote.

The first few weeks were about building momentum and establishing partnerships to help us scale. We previously had less of a bandwidth to vet shelters so had to go off existing recommendations from folks we trust.

Now we can be more intentional and strategic with our aid.

Q3 from telegram username @mctrho

I was researching your project and I noticed that you don’t have a roadmap, why haven’t you launched a project roadmap?  Do you plan to do it in the future?  Also, could you tell us what are your plans for the remainder of this year 2021? @cryptoenjoyer @pathfinderzips

Mike (formerly MJ): So the roadmap is something I spoke about at length during a 3-hour community ama session on twitch and had a long discussion about. Its something I have strong feelings about.

There are MANY coins that have elaborate roadmaps filled with buzzwords when I think we can all agree many of them are not going to be around long enough to fulfill all their dreams. That is exactly why we do not have a roadmap online first.

We want to ensure that everything we put on our roadmap is something that we will do. With Bingus we want to say what we are going to do and do it. The one thing I never want to do is even accidentally mislead the community, and I feel a hype-filled/buzzword roadmap is exactly that.

So we will be getting up a roadmap shortly but in general, here is the plan. Use our connection with Rocky to engage a roundtable of animal shelters, rescues and companies to learn what their pain points are and then engage a hackathon of developers (likely leaning on the BogTools guys a bit) to try and address them. That is how we plan on sticking around long term.

We are also in the initial stages of an NFT platform, however, that is a bit of a different project altogether. But that will use the same codebase as NFT’s we sell for charity inside Bingus. There are other animal charity tokens doing NFT’s before us… what we want to do with that is ensure the NFTs we create are custom/cool and representing animals that need the exposure. The ones who have medical issues who need more funding, or the ones that have had trouble getting adopted. That is the right way to do it I think, but that takes time to build relationships with shelters.

Q4 from telegram username @MM_carlos

Before making an investment in new tokens, I first like to verify the audits of the contracts related to the project. Has Bingus Finance carried out audits of their contracts? If so, what platform have you used to carry out this audit? if not, when will the audits be carried out to generate greater confidence in investors?

Mike (formerly MJ): Yes, that was something covered in the AMA a bit but I want to be super clear about it. (also good on you for doing your research) We were audited by techrate and by DessertSwap. DessertSwap was a paid audit. They cleared us with a few issues. One being that I was not doxxed at the time, the others being a lack of email on the website and a domain that expires after a year. The other two will be taken care of later today.

The Audit is live on our website right now, right at the top of the page. If you have any concerns about our security or integrity please feel free to reach out to me or Rumi.

Q5 from telegram username @Lovely_DC

Charity projects are certainly appreciated by everyone, but in some countries there may be many who are not aware of this. How will BINGUS spread awareness of this project? Does BINGUS have an IocaI community so they can better understand your project?

Mike (formerly MJ): So obviously in the crypto market today, the hype is everything. Absolutely everything. You can have an incredible project and if no one knows about it, it doesn’t matter.

To address our general marketing strategy, as Rumi and I come from a film and tv background… that’s what you can expect. Influencers with a global reach onboarding the project. Like I said earlier we will have our first endorsement from a lead actor in a major television show later this week. And as we grow, and we can do more good in the animal world more and more people will be coming along. The announcement is going to be a pretty big deal but it won’t be the last thing we do that will blow your minds. I don’t think there is another project in BSC that can do what we are about to do.

Finally, as a global community, and organization that had donated to shelters/rescues all over the world and plans on expanding that soon, we do have TG communities of different languages. We also plan on getting translations up of the website and LitePaper soon. That is in progress.

Q6 from telegram username @Josuchams

is Bingus safe? What are your security methods, to ensure trust to your customers?

Rumi: A lot of questions about safety!

Liquidity is locked; we are extending it for one year right now!

(Why it wasn’t originally one year – if you refer to our earlier messages, this was originally a passion project before it evolved.)

If you check here, you’ll see we have a diversity of holders who hold the lions share of tokens, rather than individual whales –  https://bscscan.com/token/0xdA20C8a5c3B1AB48e31ba6e43f0F2830E50218D8

And because this is a blockchain project we are afforded automatic security in our transactions.

Q7 from telegram username @My1queen

How can I access Bingus token and KYC required for the process?

Mike (formerly MJ): This is maybe the most imporant question 🤦🏻‍♂️ and one we hadn’t covered! Right now we are only on pancakeswap. We have talked to mutliple exhanges and people who may be able to help with that process. However at the moment we are only tradeable there.

We do have multiple buying guides up on our website, including an instructional video which most of the world can use to buy.

In most instances KYC is not required, however depending on your locaiton it may be necessary.

Q8 from telegram username @SPAZEEEE

Most of the project progress is community driven, so what technology did you provide to the community, was there any new technology that you used in your project?

Mike (formerly MJ): YES! I love this question because it gives me a chance to talk about the Liquidity Points based voting system again. It’s custom-made by BogTools from the ground up for us, and the first step in removing Admin control of the charity wallet.

If you provide liquidity on Pancakeswap you get LP tokens in your wallet which you can use to cast your vote for the next shelter donation. Not only does this incentivize providing liquidity which helps the long-term viability of the project, but it evens out the playing fields by transferring power into the hands of the people who are helping the project the most.

Your vote will be weighted by how many liquidity tokens you have. Don’t you worry however! The whales will not be able to dominate the vote. Due to the mechanics of Bog’s RNG (random number generator) system, after the 48-hour countdown ends, it will select a winner. Yes, those shelters with more votes/more weighted votes will have higher odds of being selected, but it is still entirely possible an underdog will be crowned the winner. In our first go the 2nd place of the vote was our actual winner!

In the short term future, we will continue to expand this system to, not only bring some new tech to blockchain but also give the power to our community.

Are you looking forward to add more skillfull people to your team, if Yes, what are the steps to take?

Rumi: Regarding joining the team and ambassador/referral programs….

Yes, we are constantly adding new people to our admin and marketing teams.

If you join our TG, like the project, and want to contribute, DM any ideas/suggestions to the admin team.

We do partner with influencers who align with our brand, so same goes for any prospective influencers – DM us with your channels and we can review and discuss a collaboration.

We have had so much marketing magic come from our community members rather than our admin team. BBno$ was a community member referral, for example. Cr1tikal was a community effort. I think the all-hands mentality in the community is a big part of the reason why we are winning.

In BINGUS there is always opportunity to step up and contribute and be recognized. 🙂
