HAPI is a blockchain cybersecurity protocol for DeFi projects. Many of the projects we know today have been attacked and constantly damaged by hackers. What are the innovative solutions that HAPI offers to guarantee 100% that this type of situation does not happen again? How do you build confidence in developers so that they can use HAPI with confidence?
Dona Mara | I’m #HAPI: Smart contract it’s like spaceship. You can’t control it after deployment. So HAPI it’s a technical way to send information about hacks. To smart contract. And prevent attacks. Not all of them. Maybe 80%

Your contract is designed to protect the reputation of exchanges, and who will protect us from your smart contract?Who will decide what locked assets can be unlocked?
Dona Mara | I’m #HAPI: It’s really not so easy to protect all of CEXs DEXs and SC. And do not block real users. So we use white listings. We don’t block address at the first stage. Just make transaction hold on 12 or 24. Hours. So SC and exchanges have time to get more details about hack. And make good decision. And DAO can recall any blocked address. And DAO can block data provider. So data provider will get big reputation risks. This is how it works .
Маry Satoshi CLUB: If exchange make a bad decision? No one is perfect. Don’t you think that the main crypto rule about decentralisation will be violated?
Dona Mara | I’m #HAPI: Exchanges will not make any decisions. Only data provider

My question is: What do you call a suspicious address? Do you have criteria for choosing them or will this all be subjectively selected? How do you ensure that you are not blocking an address of someone who is doing nothing wrong? Lastly explain to us if you would be so kind how they decide how much ban time that string deserves.
