I am passionated by people and technology and have a strong background in AI/ML. My name is Anurag, and I’m the Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) for TrustRecruit. In this role, I look after fundraising, strategic partnerships, growth, and marketing.

I’m also the Co-Founder & CEO of PrimaFelicitas, a Bleeding-edge end-to-end Blockchain Technology Solutions Development Company that is based in San Francisco, London, and New Delhi. The company started in 2013 and since 2016 we have been building Blockchain-based products only. To date, we have created most products people associate with Blockchain – Exchanges (Centralized & Decentralized), Wallets, Payment Gateways, Insurance-on-Blockchain, Supply Chain-on-Blockchain, Healthcare-on-Blockchain. The last 15-16 months have been, quite understandably, spent on developing several DeFi and NFT projects. And, out of that labour of love, TrustRecruit was born.

Not only development, but I have also led projects post-development when they started doing business such as heading a Crypto Exchange, after having developed and launched it. I sit on the Advisory Boards of several Blockchain companies and have enabled them in going Public. I consult on implementing emerging technologies such as AI, Blockchain, IoT, and am a regular Keynote speaker at Global Technology Conferences.

Overall, I have 20 years of experience and have led Global Organizations. I hold an Engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) and a Master’s in Business from Stanford University (GSB).

On the topic of how I got involved with Crypto, well before 2015, Bitcoin and Blockchain were the same things to me. I was in San Francisco in 2015, and at that time, I kept hearing Blockchain ad nauseam. After three weeks of listening to the word Blockchain and appearing dumb, I was just fed up and decided to find out for myself what Blockchain was. So, I set aside one evening to read about you. That evening was rather too long – a 3-month long rabbit hole. Post the 3-month deep-dive, I was ready to plunge into the world of Blockchain. I restructured my company, set up a solid team (the core of which nearly 90% are still with me), and began seeking clients looking for Blockchain development. I feel lucky to have stumbled upon Blockchain and started early. I am truly fortunate that I got the opportunity to build some cutting-edge products in this nascent space and create a niche for ourselves.

At this time, it is good to also point out who the core team behind TrustRecruit is. So, I list some of the key team members.

Priti is our CTO (she is also the CTO of PrimaFelicitas – the Blockchain solutions development company). Priti has a rich experience of 25 years in Enterprise Application development, integrating, launching, scaling. Most of her core work has been in the Financial Sector and Capital Markets. As employee #8 at CRMNext, Priti was instrumental in setting up and launching complex solutions at key banks, financial institutions, telecom providers etc. Over the years at PrimaFelicitas as its CTO, Priti has built many Blockchain-based products across various sectors. Key among them is the Financial industry (Exchanges, DeFi & hybrid, etc.), Supply Chain, Healthcare, Insurance – to name a few.

 Kaarel is our Board Member and has been in the Crypto space for a while. He sits on the boards of several Blockchain/Crypto companies, including Exchanges.

 We have a stellar group of advisors and are backed by several key advisors. Some of the key strategic advisors include Garlam Won (ex-Head of Marketing at Harmony.one) and Hristo Piyankov (a key Crypto industry Financial Analyst and the person behind several highly successful Blockchain projects).

Think of TrustRecruit as indeed.com on the Blockchain where job seeker’s verified resumes are stored on the Blockchain (and thus can be relied upon for their veracity), and where the Proprietary Matching Algorithm matches only the best-fit job seekers to suitable job openings, much in the similar way as people get matched on Tinder (though not how the – Tinder Swindler ‘Simon Leviev’ was getting matched!!

On average, an employer spends 45 days and ~$4200 to fill a job, yet 46% of the new hires are asked to leave within 18 months of onboarding which costs employers ~200% of annual pay. Apart from losing candidates and suffering associated financial losses, employers face a lack of transparency in the applications. According to a leading survey, many jobseekers put up fake data on their resume, ~78% of job seekers exaggerate their skills to varying degrees, and ~38% blatantly lie about their backgrounds. With LinkedIn, this problem is further exacerbated as jobseekers embellish their details without any checks.

Job seekers have their own struggles. They are forced to compete with thousands of other applicants in an attempt to shine in the crowd. ~75% of resumes are rejected before they reach the hiring manager, 45% of job seekers never hear back from potential employers and many are subjected to multiple interview rounds resulting in dropouts in between the recruitment process.

TrustRecruit solves the problem of this two-sided network. Job seekers can get their resumes verified and then stored on the Blockchain indelibly. While employers can get matched to the most relevant 5-6 completely-matched resumes instead of 400-500 sub-optimal and mismatched resumes that often land in their inboxes for each opening.

The vision is honestly to teardown the old recruitment industry, and reimagine and build it for the new web3 world that we’re headed into, where we control our professional data and have it monetized as desired. Think of us as the Axie Infinity of the Recruitment Industry where people get paid to place their resumes on our platform.

We’re building a Deflationary Token Economy, which includes buyback and burning to support the overall token growth with time. The Price increase benefits of all such moves will accrue to the Long-term Token holders. One of our main objectives is to limit and reduce the Token Supply long-term. Towards that, we’ve planned to take several steps. Chief among them is to use 10% of our Quarterly Profits to Buy-back and then burn tokens. This process will go on until the Total Circulating Supply comes down from 10 billion to 5 billion Tokens, effectively halving the supply.

Out of the total token supply of 10 billion, we are selling 3.2 billion in this crowdfunding campaign. The Token Sale is happening in 3 rounds Private, Pre-Sale, and Public rounds, with increasing prices in the same order.

Alright, so before I explain how we envision to break into this. I do want to explain what’s really at the heart of this issue and why people really resort to the safety of referrals than trying to find good candidates from a larger talent pool.

And, don’t get me wrong referrals are absolutely wonderful. I use them to hire in my own company, have been doing that for nearly 8 years now. That being said, there are times when you really need fresh thinking and a fresh approach and you need to have a wider talent pool to use for filling critical roles.

As I explained earlier, the recruitment industry has many intermediaries and is costly to function and still leads to undesirable results of poor hiring where the employees have to often let go. We’re trying to address these problems through our platform. Reduce the cost, time of hiring, and improve the recruitment process and the quality of hires

Job seekers come to the platform, create their profiles, and submit all their professional details. These details are first verified. At what price is $TRT sold for during this Private round and what is the hard cap of this round? Can you also give an idea of when the other $TRT sale rounds will take place?

The private round obviously is geared towards the early bigger investors, however, our Tokenomics Head at the final review suggested that we also allow smaller investors to benefit, as most projects let bigger investors benefit from early investing, and we could be different and let retail investors benefit.

In line with that, we changed the entry and bought it down to $100. So, now anyone can buy the Token at a price of $0.0025 with a minimum investment of $100.

Of course, if you invest more you stand to earn an additional 16% more tokens via referrals and commissions.

The Stage Cap is $3m and we end in 25 days, and in a short period, we have already collected $600k.

How does it work here, with people’s CVs? What if any candidate does not allow a particular employer own personal resume? Are the candidates able to set access preferences to CVs on your Marketplace? So, as I explained above the resume is owned by the people themselves (no employer or recruiter owns any resume) and they get monetary benefits every time their resume is viewed.

TrustRecruit is a platform, simply to create this 2-sided network of job seekers and employers, and let them come together in a decentralized way. But, the control of the data and who sees the NFT is all with the job seekers.

The candidates have the ability to set access permissions, they can even have their NFT becomes totally invisible and undiscoverable by the Marketplace. So, all these controls are with the Job seekers, the owner of the NFT

I read on Twitter that Trust Recruit accepts payments in different currencies including its $TRT token, so, knowing this, I would like to ask you, what are the main functions that the $TRT token would have, currently, most investors only care about profits through short-term but, could you also tell us, what would be the long-term benefits of keeping the $TRT token in our wallets, and finally tell us, how do you plan to prevent $TRT from losing value over time, what is the importance, that Trust Recruit give this topic? do you plan to burn tokens to avoid such problem or use another strategy to minimize this risk?

The TRT Token is the primary way to get access to most of the core services on the platform. These services include being able to mint NFTs, fractionalize NFTs, buy & sell NFTs. It costs a subscription fee to view Resume NFTs. If the Fee is paid in the Native TRT Token then the cost of this is substantially lower than in Fiat.

At the time of launch Staking of the native TRT Token will be enabled on the Platform, thereby adding another avenue to benefit from the token. The Staking pools will be formed for 3-month long durations. We’ve some really handsome Staking rewards lined up.

We will be using 10% of our Quarterly Profits to Buy-back and then burn tokens. This process will go on until the Total Circulating Supply comes down from 10 billion to 5 billion Tokens.

Furthermore, since the TRT value is intrinsically linked to the value of the Resume NFTs in collective on the Platform, so as people work and accrue experiences and grow professionally each year, so does the value of the NFT. And, with this growth also comes the growth in the value of the Native TRT Token. So, holding TRT Tokens long-term is a good way to see appreciation in value, since the value of a person professionally and their associated NFT is bound to rise with time and experience.

Nearly the entirety of the viewing fees goes to the NFT owner, only a small portion goes to the platform for supporting the platform.

Verification happens via a number of means. We are partnering with several key academic institutions, certifying bodies and applying encrypted Zero-Knowledge API calls to the Databases of these institutions to verify the core information. Whereas such as approach won’t be possible, we will have a Team of Assessors to review and Certify. And, due to this the initial business model our idea is to have the IT Industry job seekers and employers onboarded first followed by other industries

People will be able to mint their Resume NFT only when they hold TRT in their wallets. Yes, people will be able to Stake their NFT. In fact, the current feature that’s live to be able to Fractionalize the NFT is partly Staking of the NFT. Where the Resume NFT is locked and the corresponding TRT are issued.
