Faraland is within the genre of turn-based strategy and RPG. In-game, you can use your NFTS as heroes and compete with other players by learning powerful skills, collecting rare equipment, recruiting troops, moving around the map, capturing resources, and joining battles. All heroes have mutually exclusive attributes, and after each battle, they earn the experience, such that veteran heroes are significantly more powerful than inexperienced ones.
You can reinvest in the game, make your hero stronger, or cash out. That’s what we call “play to earn”.

Our state of development: the first 4 phases according to our roadmap have been completed at sc level and currently waiting for the full audit report from Certik. For other parts, we are in testing phase for NFT summon gate and marketplace, it’s expected to launch in the next 2 weeks. The game is developed since feb and it’s still on the right track.

Faraland is said to be the biggest war game that can exist on the blockchain. How do you apply the use of NFT in the game of Faraland? What qualities must the player have to make use of the NFTS? Are the armor and pets of each warrior unique or are there similar throughout the game platform? What are the characteristics of the game? How many levels does the game bring?
Alfred alfie:
As I mention before, Faraland is an RPG game. NFT is the soul of this project. If you are lucky, you can open a rare clan and earn a lot from your investment. It’s different from other NFT projects where NFT is used only for collection purposes. In Faraland, owning NFT also helps you attend gaming activities later, which will help you earn more fara tokens.
Each NFT has various of stats, like agi, str, int, luck and the most important part is all of them are unique. So in game, your characters/skills/equipments will be unique as well.
In the first stage, we will allow 50 levels only and will unlock the level limit in the future.

Not yet because we’re still waiting for audit reports from Certik. We will launch in 25th May.

I checked your gameplay page and first of all, congratulations on creating a big game like this on the blockchain. Multiplayer gaming is very hard to develop, and it needs really low latency and high speed. So what do you do in order to reach that speed? The block times on BSC won’t be enough for it. How much of the Faraland is decentralized and which parts are centralized?
Alfred alfie:
That’s a good question. Our game is mixing between on-chain (blockchain part) and off-chain (normal client-server).
We store all of NFT heroes, equipment, pet, etc. In the blockchain, so whenever players duel with other competitors, the data should be fetched from our smart contract to our server, and the rest will be calculated on our server-side like damage, effect, etc.
And for your information, we plan to become the first multichain RPG game as well. It could be ETH (Matic erc20 is becoming faster, cheaper), Polkadot, Solana.

All of us know that NFT will be used for gaming purposes later. At first, it was for collection, trading. Users can stake fara to earn exp, find strong equipment, skill books to make NFTS stronger and prepare for the big game in later of 2021. Of course, you can trade those NFTS. We have our own marketplace with lower fees compared to others. Trade NFT hero in our marketplace also increasing hero floor price.
Upcoming binance NFT marketplace is also nice, we might integrate with them when it launch on Jun 2021

Faraland is an RPG strategy genre gaming platform which will operate similarly to traditional/online game such as final fantasy combat system, world of with craft, horizon zero etc. But these games are a bit expensive to play as users will have to regularly spend coins on upgrade and in-game enhancement in order to proceed to the next level. How easy or simplified is Faraland RPG game and how can your play-to-earn mechanism be achieved with less monetary demand? What type of audience will your games suit more (crypto or non-crypto gamers)? In what ways do being blockchain oriented make Faraland gaming better than traditional RPGs?

Do you know Pokemon? Our combat system is learning a lot from the Pokemon series btw so the game difficulty will be quite similar. In Pokemon, a level 1 rattata can defeat a legendary Pokemon using the fear strategy, so money is not always the answer for a win. Our target is both cryptos, and non-crypto players who can participate in our game. Playing to earn mechanism make Faraland far better than traditional RPGs. Later, we will release a world map, and players can conquer land, take the mine to generate a resource. Users can use resources in-game or trade for fara.

Users are able to trend their hottest NFTS with other users and the value increases as you accumulate more wins in the battlefield. Is there a maximum price of NFT we can trade? How would the transaction between 2 users be carried out?

Users can buy/sell heroes on our marketplace. This is the 2nd way to raise heroes’ floor price will be introduced in this phase: for each transaction made on our marketplace (buy/ sell heroes), we will use 2% of the transaction amount to increase the heroes floor price and 0.2% for development. Kindly note that opensea will get a 2.5% fee for each transaction
And of course, there is no limitation on the price of NFT

In game, we will have Gold which can be converted to Fara through our website. So we’re targeting not only the crypto user but also normal gamers.
– With normal user, they can have gold from just watching ads only, then use it to increase their heroes’ exp, purchasing items, upgrade equipment, etc.
– With Crypto users, in addition to those activities above, they can earn gold from winning a battle

We target Faraland as not just an NFT; it will be a mobile game connecting a none Blockchain player (like a regular mobile game) and a Blockchain player and investor. Faraland will be the first Blockchain Game published to Appstore and Google Play legally. It will be a long road to achieve that goal. But we already have a plan and technical solution for that. All we have to do is stick to plan and believe in our vision.

Part 3 – Quiz about project
In the final part, we tested the knowledge in terms of the FARALAND project. They’ve prepared 4 questions for this part, so everyone could be a part and answer. Participants had 10 minutes to answer. 300$ was distributed between the winners.
