Let me explain you this, as you misunderstood the concept of ArtSmielynft and PHYGITAL works.

We sell both physical work and digital artwork through NFT ownership. These digital works have unique tokens and they are only one /unique. Reference to making art prints, this is up to the NFT holder, rather he hold an investment (digital asset), he better earn some yields by offering art prints through traditional art smiley marketplace. This way investors making money, artists have income from secondary sales, and ArtSmiley getting their transaction fee/commission. Here is no way we are compromising the NFT uniqueness in digital form.

Our experience in the art industry, our community, our partners will definitely a greater advantage for ArtSmiley. We have partnerships with local and international galleries, hotels, corporate offices, art exhibitions like Art Dubai, World Art Dubai, The Hotels show, INDEX and many more..

During the pandemic lot of physical exhibitions are closed, this forced to find new ways since ArtSmiley showcasing their local and international artists via virtual exhibitions using different available solutions. Even when things are getting normal, physical exhibitons will not be so popular in my opinion for two reasons, as they are very expensive in organising and 2nd reason, they are missing younger audience who are more tech savy and want to watch everything on their fingers. This is exactly where ArtSmiley want to introduce virtual exhibitions for their works using latest technologies like AR/VR and other avilable solutions.

For these exhibitions we will be using Smiley tokens as a medium to pay.

ArtSmiley has a very interesting Renting system, where user can obtain the painting without buy it, but how this can be done? Why should I rent instead buy?

I have introduced rental of art works for the first time in United Arab Emirates, in fact to say in Asia. There are only two other known players in the world who rent artworks.

I introduced this product in line with the vision to make art viable career to artists and also to address the problem of many hospitality industries, who don’t have option to showcase variety of original artworks on a regular basis, as this can provide a great ambience to their clients.

Artists who produce many works but they don’t sell often, this keeps lot of stocks around their home, shelves or under their beds :). Rather these art works doing nothing, it will be a great opportunity for artists to rent their works on a small portion of value of original artwork. On the other hand hotels, corporate offices can rent these pieces to decorate their walls and provide new ambience to the clients.

To protect from stealing the content or from tampering of artwork, we have plans to use blockchain.

Good question, right now only way protected by signing agreements between artists and artsmiley. However your question make me to think, what better i can do to prevent using technology.
