    Reading through your whitepaper, I saw from your roadmap that you will be launching the $OSIS token on the 30th of October which is tomorrow. But before that you’ve already begun the private sales which will end on the 29th of October(today). Please I want to know what time will the private sells end? Can I still be able to partake in the private sales or is it too late? If I can, what do I need to do to be able to partake in the private sale before it is too late?

    It caught my attention that every purchase of $500 or more in $OSIS gives us a master pass to all Apotheosis products including MetaBadge NFTs, OSIS University, White Lotus EBook, CoinCare Digital Currency Card, Ethos Express, and more. Please elaborate more on this “master pass”. Are there any utilities of this master pass in addition to accessing Apotheosis products? Does the pass have a validity period? If I purchase $300 in $OSIS today and $200 tomorrow, am I eligible for this privilege? If a user cannot afford to invest $500, he does not get this master pass. Then what will happen when he wants to access Apotheosis products? Should he purchase separate passes for each product? If yes, what is the estimated cost to access all the products? Is it more than 500$?

  10. I believe that a good project should have a very good voting mechanism in place to allow for proper decentralization of the project. I saw on your Twitter where you mentioned that the voting capability is a vital part of the OSIS ecosystem. Can you tell me more about your decentralised autonomous organization (DAO) system and your voting protocol? Who are eligible to be part of the DAO? What are the requirements to be part of the decentralized autonomous organization? How is the voting protocol? Is voting power proportional to tokens in possession or time of possession of tokens? Or is it a one man one vote system?
    Are there other incentives or benefits to being part of the DAO body?

    OSIS Exchange, which will launched during the next year, has been introduced as “the first decentralized exchange governed by the people’s votes.” Please explain the technology behind this model. Does the word “people” mean “$OSIS holders”? Why did you think of governing the exchange by users’ votes? What are the advantages that the project receives due to this structure? Do traders on OSIS Exchange also get a new trading experience? Did you introduce this technology because you have seen any issues with existing decentralized exchanges? On the other hand, as OSIS is the first team to introduce this feature, have you done any research about possible challenges and drawbacks? If you have identified any risks, what are your plans to minimize them? How do you assure that OSIS Exchange is safe despite this whole new technology?

  12. I saw that the OSIS project is focused mainly on three principal products, the OSIS launchpad, the OSIS core wallet and the OSIS exchange. I want to know more about these three principal products. What makes the OSIS launchpad any better than the other launchpads already in the space? Will the OSIS core wallet be a DEX wallet or a CEX wallet? What are the properties that it possesses that other wallets do not possess? What limitations have you observed in wallets like metamask and trust wallet that the OSIS Waller will solve? And about your exchange, what do you have that will make it be better than already exchanging exchanges? How can you give exchanges like kucoin and binance a run for their money?

    Since the MetaBadges NFT gives a user the chance to be part of the decision making process of OSIS world, Does that means a user with multiple MetaBadges can vote multiple times?, If yes , Can you tell us the mechanism set in place to ensure that a single holder does not have excessive power or control in the decision making process of OSIS world? Can you tell how a user can acquire the MetaBadges NFT? Can you elaborate on the utilities of the MetaBadges NFT? Can you explain how the rarity of the MetaBadge NFT can affect the voting power of a user or holder? What is the minimum amount of time a user needs to hold the Metabadge to be able to participate in the voting process of OSIS ?

    Generally, projects allocate their own tokens for all the important tasks including advertising, payments for team members, partnerships and infrastructure developments. However, you have allocated 60% from the total tokens for the community, 35% for the company, and 5% for the technical reserve. Can you briefly explain the utilities of each allocation? How do you manage project expenses? Does the portion of 35% cover all the costs? Nevertheless, thank you very much for allocating a great portion for the community. How can I receive a good share from this allocation? Which type of events are available for participating? As 60% is not a negligible percentage, have you implemented proper anti-whale policies? What are the vesting periods of these allocations?

Further, there is a trading fee for every transaction. Please briefly explain about these two types of fees. How do you calculate each fee? Is there a fixed percentage or does it depend on any criteria such as holding $OSIS amount? Do users have any opportunities to receive discounts on fees? Do you have any plans to reduce the fees in due course? Although you have mentioned that these two fees work as revenue sources, it is not clear how they are utilized.     In the area of Simplifying access to your block chain and ushering in a tokenized economy don’t you think there is indeed a risk that once tokenized asset can become fully compliant with financial regulations that will end up with higher transaction costs? Secondly, in terms of implementing your OSIS tokenization ecosystem is it not adding layers of complexity to your IT structure in terms of processing transactions and security risks?
